Different layout before and after saved changes in "Update configuration setting"

Environment: Glassfish 4.1.1 Java8u121 Build: glassfish4_EE_UNIT#56

and

Glassfish 3.1.22 Java7u45 Build: MASTER 16.1_Fix6

Browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome

When I login as administrator to Blue portal I can see table "Update configuration setting" first

When I click "Save" button I can see table with different layout after_save
