subscription name too big (font) in custom tab, left align list

[Version] 16.1 fix4 2016/12/16

[How to reproduce]

1. As Supplier define marketable service for aws with custom aws tab
2. As Customer subscribe to service and assign yourself
3. Check custom tab

[Expected result] Same size font for subscription name in custom tab as in details tab, table is left aligned

[Observed result] custom tab subscription name is much too big, table contents is centered.
