VMware Controller: allow datadisks to be placed on a different storage than the system disk

The current controller places the datadisks on the same storage as the system disk. A customer wanted to provide different qualities of datadisks (fast, slow, ...). We extended the VMware controller by allowing to define the target storage for a datadisk and we want to contribute this functionality.
