2. go to old balancer page: http://estsdehn.intern.est.fujitsu.com:8880/oscm-app-vmware/balancer.jsf

[Expected result] vSpere Cluster Settings does not exist

[Observed result] vSpere Cluster Settings does not exist and mouse does not change shape over that area of screen. balancer page should not be found.
