I follow your install and I got :

/var/www/html/servicebot-deploy# docker-compose build db uses an image, skipping servicebot uses an image, skipping

The docker image is not available ?

Bump - same. Is this project active any longer?

Skip that step, as it's not required. The images pull down by just running the docker-compose up -d command instead.
