Manual Payment Methods
Some customers request unusual payment methods often manual.
Flow is something like this:
- User requests special payment method from customer service rep
- Customer service rep sends them the payment info, for example, wire transfer details
- The customer makes the payment via wire transfer
- Customer sends the transaction ID to customer service rep
- Finance department adds the payment to their account
This process is manual.
Is this something that servicebot supports?
We are working on a 'manual' payment method where invoices could be sent and payment manual added from Servicebot administration portal. Expect this late summer
