BungeeCord and Velocity support

ServerTap is an extremely useful, not just the REST API endpoints it provides for servers but also the webhooks feature that it has. I'd love to be able to use ServerTap on my BungeeCord and Velocity proxies as well. That way, I can have player join/leave events post to my own webhook and get the ability to interact with the proxy's console using the REST API endpoints ServerTap provides.

This is something I was looking into some time ago. I think this would be really cool and if I get some time I will see if I can get something together!
