[request] automated _meta sync options.

Would be nice if this could do the following give the right configuration options.

If project init ran then download corresponding _meta files from project bucket. If sync ran and nothing has changed with files stored in s3 update s3.

This would really help where this is needed the most in being able to automated deployment of a project that already has resources present in aws.
