CORS configuration is deleted when performing an update with sls deploy

This issue seems to be introduced in all releases after 0.7.4 -- sls deploy seems to toggle CORS configuration after the initial deployment. I am using this plugin with event-gateway verion 0.9.1; however, it is not limited to that release (seems to happen with all versions). Basically, after I deploy an update to my lambda code, my CORS configuration seems to disappear. Performing an additional sls deploy re-creates the CORS configuration. Further deployments toggle between CORS config being added/deleted. My current workaround is to stick to version 0.7.4.

I haven't tested this with the hosted version of event-gateway as we don't have any plans to use the hosted version.
