Credentials profiles

User problem: As a user of the Event Gateway, I need to include credentials for all of my backing functions. This can be a difficult deployment problem, plus it can be difficult to rotate credentials when needed.

Solution: Allow users to specify credential profiles within a space, then associate functions with those credential profiles.
