Display error for CI Environment

When people using serverless --debug command in CI environment, the deploy logs are very messy, like below:

Hmmm I do not see that behavior. --debug is pretty non-interactive for me and logs each message in a new line as expected without regard to the timer. Maybe that's an issue in the China version? cc @hkbarton 🤔
