Show When Components Were Published To The Registry

When you run sls info, it would be helpful to see when the latest version was published so that the user can understand how new that version is.

I guess that's useful when you're pinning to a specific version. But I wouldn't show when the latest version was published. I would show what the latest version is instead. The user could then compare that to the version they are pinning to.
