config: url change for ph00lt0 blocklists

Hey man. I noticed that rethink dns uses

github[.]com/ph00lt0/blocklistS

Could you change that to the url without the S? This was a previous mistake and as such the urls are redirecred but i heard it doesn’t always work well.
