Update to aws-sdk v3

The aws sdk v3 is available here https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3

There could be some features that could be useful here but only you would know😉. Plus, npmjs.com states that v2 will be going into maintenance in 2023 and v3 is the recommended version now
