[New API] Scrape Google Scholar Case law pages

One of our customers requested that we could scrape Case law pages from Google Scholar API results. Since they also belong to Google, we could consider adding this as an API similar to how Google Jobs - Google Jobs Listing or Google Shopping - Google Product APIs work. Each Case Law has its unique case id:
