[Google Search API] Scrape "From sources across the web" Block

Some mobile searches include a "From sources across the web" block. A customer reported that currently we aren't scraping this.

Changing this to "Freezer" since the customer hasn't said they need this - they are more interested in how we track elements we aren't scraping yet.
