[Google Search API] Scrape "About this advertiser" card in `ad_results`

We can scrape "About this advertiser" information along with all the ad_results:

This information is fetched from an XHR request, (https://www.google.com/httpservice/web/WhyThisAdDataService/WhyThisAdContext), not present in the initial HTML.

A high volume customer asked for this feature. The "See more Ads" URL from this card would be particularly valuable for their use case.

Based on https://github.com/serpapi/public-roadmap/issues/2043#issuecomment-2425650164 it would probably need a separate engine (we could call it either "Google My Ad Center API" or "Google About the Advertiser API").

I've asked the customer whether having this as a separate API would still be valuable for them, as they would need to make another call.
