[Bing Search API] Response times increasing

A customer reached out regarding higher than normal response times for Bing search results since April 10.

Response times for Bing Search API have been increasing consistently since April 10, 2025.

The customer followed up again about the increase in response times for Bing, as there was a spike.

Looks like this has been improving over the last days, not sure if that's due to changes on our side or something else. Let's monitor for at least another day or two before we close this.

Response times have come down since then, and look normal.
