Add ability to have separate plans and billing details for each team member

A customer requested the ability to have separate plans and billing details for each team member.

They currently need to maintain separate SerpApi accounts to manage plans and billing for different departments in their company. They want to consolidate this under one account and be able to add/remove team departments(as team members) easily, but they would need separate API keys, billing info and a separate plan per department.
