[Bing Shopping API] External link for `shopping_results` is a Bing URL
Bing shopping_results are missing the direct link. Instead, the external link for shopping_results is a Bing URL.
A high volume customer mentioned that these are usually a direct link to an outside page, e.g., https://www.amazon.com/
For shopping_results, the link field currently has: bing.com/shop/product URLs. But they mentioned that the direct URLs are important to them as they need to observe the page where the product being advertised on bing shopping.

A user reported this. Some items missing external_links.
It appears that this issue has been resolved due to changes in the layout of the Bing page itself.
