[Google Search API] Scrape information from different `tabs` in `knowledge_graph`

Hi, Trying to get the result for

The knowledge graph contains several tabs (such as Overview, Symptoms, etc.), but there is no description or text about the information within those tabs in the JSON output. Can you please include those items as well?

We're not scraping the "Overview" tab text/snippet as well as the other tabs like "Symptoms"
