Seems like google output responses started including menu-highlights. Are there support for these?

Hi @SimonFernsR, We don't currently support scraping it yet. I have created a separate feature request to scrape the menu highlights part shown in some Google Search Results. You can find it here: https://github.com/serpapi/public-roadmap/issues/2073
