I might be incorrect, but I think this is partially being solved in https://github.com/serpapi/SerpApi/pull/4230 (which is aimed to also resolve https://github.com/serpapi/public-roadmap/issues/361)

https://github.com/serpapi/SerpApi/pull/4230 resolves walmart.com.mx domain. But it can be extended in the future for Canada domain. They both use graphql.
