Add team roles for our team management feature
A high volume customer requested that we add a role, which would have more limited access than the Admin and Owner roles. This is their suggestion:
we would want a role that is capable of seeing everything under the [[Your Searches]] tab, but is incapable of changing anything related to the plan, account or users. In essence, a Monitoring role.
Let's start documenting different roles here that are being asked.
We can draft actual roles we want to add (probably billing, developer roles?) when we reach 5 customers asking for this.

One of our users asked to be able to invite team members with an access to APIs only, so that they are not able to change any settings/preferences.
A customer requested this. They want to have "developer" role, where they don't have access to the billing page.
An Enterprise customer requested this. They specifically requested being able to create custom roles. Their main use case is to have read-only users and developer users. Developer users could manage the API key and track usage, but not touch any billing related items.
