[Google Local Services API] Results for Wrong Location

A customer reported getting the results for the wrong location when using our Google Local Services API with a data_cid.

It seems probable that Google is sometimes using the IP address of the proxy to determine the location.

@ilyazub It would be wise to confirm other ways are not working since the problem might be solved via a simpler solution.

Another customer reported this issue. They are seeing results in a different location every time the query is run with no_cache set to true.
