Node is not running!

Hi I tried to run the following command but it returns this error: Node is not running! , what I should do to fix this? 👍

"/opt/mtp_proxy/bin/mtp_proxy eval 'lists:sum([proplists:get_value(all_connections, L) || {_, L} <- ranch:info()]).' "

Oh, I often see people complaining about this, but I never managed to find a solution so far. I will try later.
