Problem with Version

Hello

When I wanted to use serilog.extensions.logging with the nuget manager, i run into a problem that the version is not matching the microsoft.extensions.loggging , so my application fail loading the proper dll when the statement AddSerilog was performed,

It come with an error failing to load microsoft.logging.abstraction version 2.0.0,

I finish downloading the serilog.extensions.logging package et recompile it with newest versions of the references packages.

Maybe someone is more confident to put a release for Nuget downloader's.
