IDE missing

Hello,

Just wanted to add one more IDE for the section.

I am talking about VSCodium, based on VSCode but with all telemetry removed.

There is a GitHub page and the official one as well.

Not an issue, just an addition.

i suggest just adding the following settings:

  "telemetry.enableCrashReporter": false,
  "telemetry.enableTelemetry": false,
  "telemetry.telemetryLevel": "off",
