Discord Embed Format Minor Change & Help Nav

  • Added app_name to embed as a author
  • Moved file size to a new line (not apart of file name)
  • Added a help dropdown to the nav which links to the documentation, Discord invite and Github issue page. (Only shows if a user is a admin and translations supported)
