custom /upload ability to add tag(s)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I use a custom uploader, I would love to be able to tag the file uploaded. So I can pass through like temp or whatever as part of my customer uploader, then I can find all the temp files etc in one go, that's been uploaded this way.

Describe the solution you'd like Form data value key pair called like tag, where we can add comma or semi comma separated tags in the value.
