[Feature request] Video editing tools

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's no video editing tools present in XBlackBone for (obviously) video files.

Describe the solution you'd like Add video editing tools like those in Streamable

NOTE: There's option for changing thumbnail too. It is unnecessary but great to have.
