Delete files that have not been viewed in X time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a server with a small storage that we use with 3 persons as an image host, for short term disk space will not be a problem, but after 1-2 years usage it will be full.

Describe the solution you'd like The possibility to delete all files that have not been viewed in X amount of time (+ maybe a lock, that files ignore this), similar to delete orphaned files
