[Feature Request] Button to make profile from all currently enabled extensions

I'd appreciate a feature that allows me to save all my current extensions into a profile without individually adding them all

Um.... maybe it works differently on a Mac, but when I go to add a profile, all the extensions I currently have enabled ARE checked.
