PHP version is out-of-date

When I try to use Moodle, I saw this announcement: Moodle 3.2 or later requires at least PHP 5.6.5 (currently using version 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.29). Some servers may have multiple PHP versions installed, are you using the correct executable? I think we should update the php version
