Path problem in IE11

I have the same problem in Chrome 51.0.2704.103 m, FireFox and Opera. JQuery 3.0.0, ionSound 3.0.7

Not all of js scripts were moved to bottom

There's no other plugins manipulating with head scripts. Jch is preinstalled by Astroid and it is not see jquery from Astroid to exclude it from bottom to head
