Probably we should create a more universal RPM-spec file and just use format like `php55-phalcon-3.0.4-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm` without repo vendor at all. Cc: @virgofx

Use `--no-granular-pathspec`, e.g.: ```shell $ lerna publish $version --no-granular-pathspec ```

The same on macOS Sierra with Vagrant 1.9.4

Does not work for me too. After installing the extension, setting "Numbers of days to keep history" to **1 day** and restart the browser I still see all browser history...
