Easy_A_panel doesn't conform to 2.8 naming conventions

When I try to turn on the addon, it gives an error: 'Easy_A_panel' doesn't contain '_PT_' with prefix & suffix

To fix it I renamed the class to 'EASYA_PT_panel'.
