MODX3 compatibility

I'm looking for ways to create RESTful APIs, which work with MODX. I'm looking into following options:

  1. Using the Rest Classes shipped with MODX.
  2. Create my own App with Slim Framework.
  3. Trying to use your ZoomX

Before trying ZoomX, my question is: Is this Extra compatible with MODX3 or is it planned to be in the future?

Zoom{ is not yet adapted for MODX3. But will be soon.
