Add $_lang['admintools_resources'] = 'Resources'; to core/components/admintools/lexicon/{your_languaje_code}/default.inc.php

Clear lexicon topics cache.

That entry is used as Tab title in assets/components/admintools/js/mgr/templates.js (line 103) but missing in languaje files not rusian.
