UI Improvements

I found the previous UI difficult to digest (particularly the form field), so I thought I would share the redesign in my forked version.

I've also introduced Fuse.js for fuzzy search on the permissions on the form field.

Hello, thanks for your PR!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a Nova license available to test the changes. As an alternative, I suggest considering replacing Fuse.js with FlexSearch for better performance and features.

Feel free to update the PR accordingly or let me know if you have any questions.
