use faster hash like wyhash-rs and xxhash3-rust

Hi @serega,

for SimHash, the hasher can be any 64 or 128 bit hash function right. Just wondering why siphash was used, I understand it attack resistant but for speed purposes, there are many faster hash function such as wyhahs-rs, xxhash3-rs, would additional hasher, such as the two mentioned be added. Or let me know if I can do it. Should be easy to add.
