Tried in an OpenMandriva Cooker container, building directly from the [spec](https://github.com/OpenMandrivaAssociation/budgie-desktop/blob/master/budgie-desktop.spec), and it produced the same compiler output as Debian. Confirmed via Meson output that it was using clang 15.0.6...

I suppose it's also possible that a newer version of Mutter fixed this.

Either way, this seems to be resolved, so I'll mark it as third-party/wontfix. If it comes up again, feel free to reopen the issue.

Could you re-test under a newer Budgie version, ideally v10.6.4? We've made a lot of changes to the Icon Task List in the v10.6 series, including numerous grouping fixes.

There were no changes in v10.6.4 related to the Icon Task List, so v10.6.3 is good enough. I'll see if I can reproduce this later, though I'm going to need...
