README links to the deprecated serde-yaml crate

The serde-yaml crate is no longer being maintained. I propose updating the documentation to point users to serde-yml which is currently the most popular fork of serde-yaml.

I have created a PR, with the proposed changes.

I am aware of that project but it lost my confidence with a number of repulsive misguided AI-generated changes. Do you know of a better option? "Most popular" is not a good guide.

I was not aware of these AI-generated changes, that doesn't too sound good.

I came across serde-yaml-ng. It claims to an independent continuation of serde-yaml and there seems to be some activity, but it hasn't seen a new release in around 8 months.
