I managed to install the code, everything is going well but the problem is that when the command has finished executing, it sends me to the page in question but it does not translate

I'm having the same problem as OP. Going into a bit more details, the command line shows like it's done and sends me to the supposedly translated page, but it is indeed not translated. It's the same original page. Don't know which other details you'd need
