[Feature request] Can read and generate images

Currently GTP-4o is out, if we can use the bot to understand not only text but images/pdfs/audios/videos, it would be amazing

Hi @gnuser, thanks for the suggestion! I am open to having the capability in the long run. To implement this, upgrading the OpenAI package to the latest version might be necessary: https://github.com/seratch/ChatGPT-in-Slack/issues/80
