Broken link to `transaction/#locks` guide for `v7`

Issue Description

The usage guide for transaction locks in v7 includes a link to "Read more on transaction locks", but this link opens a broken page

What was unclear/insufficient/not covered in the documentation

The documentation is clear, but the link to "Read more on transaction locks" is broken

If possible: Provide some suggestion on how we can enhance the docs

I think there's no example for v7 version of the doc (https://sequelize.org/docs/v7/other-topics/transactions/#locks)

But v6 works fine (https://sequelize.org/docs/v6/other-topics/transactions/#locks)
