Add some more packages to the docs resources section

Issue Description

What was unclear/insufficient/not covered in the documentation

I found three repositories that look useful to be included in the resources section of the docs:

• https://github.com/abelosorio/sequelize_replace_enum_postgres
• https://github.com/abelosorio/sequelize-views-support
• https://github.com/abelosorio/sequelize-interval-postgres

If possible: Provide some suggestion on how we can enhance the docs
