Clone inline help content to more specific commands?

I'm new to tw, and was looking for how to output json from tw runs view ...., so I did tw runs view --help. It took some assistance to realise that I needed to do tw --help to find what I needed.

@adamrtalbot experienced the same.

Could the higher-level inline help be copied down?

Specifically the tw -o json <subcommand> is not obvious to a new user.
