Current develop has failed tests in DEBUG

If you build current DEVELOP in Debug mode, multiple tests fails, including

  • app_test_razers
  • app_test_razers3

This is weird, because I thought our nightlies build the tests in DEBUG, but apparently they don't, because it passes there

=> We need both nightlies and CI for DEBUG and NDEBUG; at least one of th CI builds should be debug, and at least one of the nightlies.... or would you propose doubling the matrix, @rrahn ?

Well, "your list" was smaller than other people's, too. You have half the issues I have and a third of the issues @rrahn is doing for this release. Last I checked we get the same amount of pay. You have even less issues than the student assistant in the group so please stop complaining.

We have these issues at least since seqan-2.1.0!!

I think we should fix them and cover the issues via tests, but I don't think this issue should be a blocker for the 2.4.0 release.
