Create a report output in DOC(x) format

This is also a very old idea and was implemented in our internal SARD project after I suggested it. We could create a doc report template and fill it with screenshots of user selected areas of any UI components, with manually added comments and some automatic ones, like file path and hash, if the selected area belongs to a single artifact, like the content viewer.
